Which Areas of Paris have got the Cheapest Hotels and Hostels?

Paris is still the most popular city in the world! 

The answer to this question must be the area of Montmartre. If you don't know where this area is, then do yourself a favor and search on the web for the Church of the Sacred Heart or as it is more commonly known in its French name, the Sacré Cœur. This church is the magnet that draws tourist to this hill in the north of Paris.
